How do I place an order?

Navigate to the “Order” tab on the menu, select the services you’d like to order, and then choose the date and time you prefer to book your appointment. (If you have any questions, call us at 301.788.8871).

How fast is your turnaround time?

Your photos will be delivered the morning after your photoshoot, by 9:00am. This includes weekend and holiday shoots.

Yes. Our tours are MLS compliant. We can control every element on the tour. Each tour comes with multiple links. Branded, MLS compliant (IDX) and a full screen no branding link.

Do you offer a YouTube video version?

Yes. Four videos are included with each tour – branded and unbranded, teaser and full version. The teaser version comes in a landscape view and a square view so that you can have an optimized version for different social media platforms.

Yes, your tour features “Share” links to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. The tours are also automatically posted on our Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram pages when you purchase the Gold Tour and above.

Is there a weekly tour report that I can send to clients?

Yes. There is a graphical statistics e-mail that you can set up to forward onto your clients.

Will my virtual tour have agent branding?

Yes. Your tour will be branded with your contact information, photo, logo, e-mail and web address, and social media accounts.

Howwill I know when my tour is complete?

An E-mail notification and a text message when the tour is ready.

Do search engines find your tours?

Yes. We expose the address and other key elements so that Google and other search engines find and index the tour quickly.

May I use the photographs taken by Picture Perfect, LLC?

Yes, however, all floor plans, photographs and images remain the property of Picture Perfect, LLC and cannot be sold or shared with anyone else.
